To prepare colleagues for application to the subject Schemes, the Research Office has scheduled an information seminar for Thursday, 4 October 2018 at 4:00-5:30 pm in Room RLB 303, Lower Block, Research Complex.
During this seminar, Prof Selina Chan, the Director of University Research will introduce the Schemes and talk about some points of note in preparing the application. In addition, Dr Rita Li, the Principal Investigator of three successfully funded projects under the Faculty Development Scheme in 2015/16, 2017/18 and 2018/19 will share with you her tips on submitting a successful application.
This seminar will be of vital interest to all full-time academic staff who are intending to apply to the RGC grant in this round and it will be an opportunity for all participants whether or not first time applicants, to ask questions in the Q&A. Colleagues who have joined the University within the past two years in particular are highly encouraged to participate in this seminar. No registration is required.
