All the duly completed documents should be submitted in a sealed envelope marked conspicuously "Confidential – Tender Document for Provision of Developing an Online Gamified Social Emotional Learning Platform" and delivered by hand to the Tender Box at the Research Office, Hong Kong Shue Yan University, 10 Wai Tsui Crescent, Braemar Hill, North Point, Hong Kong during office hours (between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.) or by email to ro@hksyu.edu on or before 5:00 p.m. on 6 May 2024 (Monday). LATE SUBMISSION WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
