Our Objectives 

At the Research Center, we focus on the development of business, economy, and public policy in Hong Kong and related regions. Our goal is to analyze and summarize the transformational trends and key issues that have emerged since 1997. Through active engagement with the business sector, economic organizations, government agencies, and various community stakeholders, we seek to construct a comprehensive theoretical framework and discourse. This framework enables us to explain and assess the impacts and implications of public policies on business, the economy, and society. We also aim to offer practical recommendations to these institutions, organizations, and the general public. 

Our Strategies and Work Guidelines 

To achieve our mission, we have established the following strategies and work guidelines: 

• We strengthen our connections and collaborations with community organizations, businesses, and government departments to establish a strong foundation for our research and initiatives; 

• We actively identify and integrate research resources, build collaborative research platforms, and conduct joint projects on areas of shared interest with relevant institutions. This approach fosters a robust local research environment and enhances our research capabilities; 

• We consolidate our research outcomes into publications and offer training programs or workshops, providing valuable reference materials for various organizations and stakeholders.
