Q1: Is there any rough idea of what the 6 games will be? Or any estimation for the complexity or content/length of each game?

A1: The six games will be designed based on the social-emotional learning curriculum. Each game will focus on a core skill in social-emotional learning, such as understanding different types of emotions, expressing emotions, regulating emotions, and responsible decision-making. The vendor will design characters and storyline, and game elements that can achieve the learning objectives. Each game will last approximately 10 minutes.

 

Q2: How many estimated users will online concurrently on the platform?

A2: The game will be open to 25 primary schools, encompassing approximately 5,000 students. It is anticipated that a maximum of 300 users will concurrently log in to the platform for either the online game or the online tutorial.

 

Q3: How many estimated teachers will host live streaming and how many estimated students will join the tutorials concurrently?

A3: The game will be open to 25 primary schools, encompassing approximately 5,000 students. It is anticipated that a maximum of 300 users will concurrently log in to the platform for either the online game or the online tutorial.  The online livestreaming meeting functions will be utilized exclusively by the counseling team. It is anticipated that fewer than 10 livestreaming sessions will be hosted concurrently.

 

Q4: Is the cloud server hosted by HKSYU or hosted by us?

A4: Both options are acceptable, and the vendor is encouraged to propose the best server hosting option they deem suitable.
