Q1: For the online counseling feature, is the secure video communication mentioned the same as the live streaming outlined in the addendum?
A1: Yes, they refer to the same function.
Q2: Q1 refers. If it is the same, will the live streaming be conducted on a one-on-one basis or one-to-many?
A2: It will be mainly used for one-on-one counselling, but occasionally it will cater for group counselling which can involve around 20 participants.
Q3: Regarding the games, tutorials, knowledge hub, and counseling portal, do you have a preference for the platform on which these will be deployed (Web or Mobile Applications)? Is it possible to integrate all these features into a single mobile application, while using a website as a console or content management system?
A3: It will be a web-based platform. It is feasible to develop a mobile application to integrate all these features. We welcome different solutions proposed by vendors.
